At Noir Botanicals Body & Home, we believe luxury is a birthright best expressed through care, intention, and connection to one’s roots. Our handcrafted body and home rituals are inspired by the generational wisdom of self-care, natural healing, and everyday beauty passed down through ancestral knowledge and traditions.
Founded by a wellbeing practitioner and mother with a deep reverence for heritage, each creation is a love letter to the rituals that restore us: a soft balm on your lips, the flicker of a beeswax flame, the slow exhale in a shower steeped in botanicals.
We blend premium, plant based ingredients with timeless care to offer products that nourish the body, calm the mind, and elevate the soul. Every item is handmade in small batches with love & care, because you deserve to feel held, seen, and beautifully well.
Noir is more than a color. It’s a celebration of depth, beauty, and legacy. Indulge in Renewal.
Hey Y'all! This luxurious and beautiful line of body and home care was truly born from the heart. A blend of necessity, self-care, and a little bit of everyday indulgence. Like many parents, I found myself searching for gentle solutions when my little one started showing signs of eczema. It felt like a never-ending cycle of trying product after product, with only fleeting relief.
During that time, my best friend Tanisha Bullock, the amazing owner of La Bella Bleu, introduced me to her shea body butter. I was instantly hooked! It felt incredible on my own dry, sensitive skin, and it sparked a thought: what if I could create something just as nourishing, but gentle enough for a baby's delicate skin? That's how our Mango & Kokum Body, Face, and Hair Butter came to life. My very first handmade skincare creation.
Around the same time, my mom and owner of Bubbly's Handcrafted Creations, Beverly Thompson, discovered the soothing joy of crafting jewelry. Her pieces were simply stunning, the kind you knew deserved to be seen. With a little (okay, maybe a lot!) of encouragement, I convinced her to vend at a local makers market. She agreed, but only if I had something to sell alongside her. I couldn't say no. It was the perfect chance to showcase her beautiful work. Since I was already planning on making more Mango Butter for my daughter, I decided to whip up some small jars of butters and even some crocheted flowers to fill out our table.
To our surprise, our booth was a hit! We even had a few customers come back for more. That little taste of connection and creation ignited something in me. I started making more of these little luxuries, gifting them to friends and family. Eventually, I added shower steamers to the mix. Those little moments of aromatherapy after a long day had become such a personal ritual, and I just knew others would appreciate them too.
The incredible feedback I received was truly the push I needed. I decided to take a leap of faith and turn this passion into a business. As I dreamed and planned, I began to create more of the items that brought joy and comfort to my own life. Embracing the essential need for rest and self-care, to feel grounded and ready for whatever life throws our way, Noir Botanicals Body & Home was born.
